Karen C. Shriver

Co-Author, Karen C. Shriver, was fascinated with the depth of information she discovered researching the history behind their 1840’s Virginia Manor Home, located near the setting of this book. Many of the structures mentioned in this writing are fashioned after actual buildings in the mid-19th century that still remain in the area today. Creative and artistic, Karen loves God, her family, nature and a four legged clown. Married to Bryce for 46 years, today the Shrivers enjoy living on Amelia Island Plantation in Florida. They have two sons and three grandchildren, with another grandchild on the way.
