Wake Up! You're Probably Never Going to Look Like That: How to be Happier, Healthier and Imperfectly Fit on Sep. 28, 2010

I work at the DMV in a state that has had the dubious distinction of being in the top 10 of every "Fattest State" list for the last 5 years running. Everyone, and I mean EVERYONE in my office is really heavy. As of yesterday everyone in my office has also downloaded this book. We can all see ourselves in the words. It all makes sense. I can't imagine why no one has ever put 2 and 2 together before like this author has. It's amazing.
