Pamela Ziemann

Biography

Pamela Ziemann, an international speaker is known for her humor, wealth of information and ease of relating to audience members whether to crowds of 10 or 1000.

Growing up on a Minnesota Grain and Dairy Farm, Pamela was exposed to the industrial side of food production, watching chemicals and hormones become commonplace. She’s dedicated to getting natural food back on our plates for health, environmental and compassionate reasons.

Her programs are designed with three objectives:

1)Educating why we need to change our eating habits
2)Sharing specific steps on what to change and
3)Inspiring participants to incorporate these steps into their life.

Pamela knows what it’s like to take a stand against the status quo and make changes necessary to thrive. After facilitating groups around the world and writing the award winning book Giving Voice to Your Cause she enrolled in culinary school and graduated from Living Light Culinary Arts Institute. Pamela maintains a whole food, plant-based diet. Her mission is raise awareness about healthy food choices AND show others how to nourish themselves for mental clarity, optimal weight, increased energy, restful sleep and emotional well-being.

Pamela knows that discussing food choices with loved ones can be challenging. With her 15+ years in communication training and improvisational theater, she educates participants on how to communicate effectively with others.

She’s a certified facilitator of the World Peace Diet and has taught leadership and personal development courses since 1996. Pamela graduated from Mankato State University with a
degree in Business Administration in 1980 and worked in the corporate world for 10 years. She’s studied with T. Colin Campbell, Dr. Joel Fuhrman and Dr. Janice Stanger.

Pamela currently lives in Bellevue, WA and still gets her hands in the dirt by volunteering at the Jubilee Biodynamic Farm. She also volunteers as a cooking assistant for PCC cooks.
