Patrick M. Mixon has what has been called a “deadly combination” of skills: A well-rounded business background focused on operations, finance and brand management.
Mr. Mixon also has a broad background in writing for business, whether an Operations Guidebook, Job Descriptions, Product Manual, Product Catalog, Business Plan, Financing Agreement, or a multiple of other projects and proposals. Specifically, he has written multiple Step by Step Job Training Manuals, Operations Manuals, Procedure Manuals, and Project Release Manuals.
Mr. Mixon has major experience in managing the financial and accounting of multi-million dollar consumer products companies and knows the apparel, footwear, action sports & hi-tech/computer industries extremely well, especially software product companies. He has extensive experience in enterprise systems, bank financing, letters and lines of credit, product release management, and outsourcing. Additionally, he has setup operations both domestically and internationally for multiple companies. He is a former CPA. Mr. Mixon and has been a leader all his life.
