Smashwords Interview

Do you remember the first story you ever wrote?
Yes, aside from essays at school, I began typing a story at the age of 13 or so on my mother's manual typewriter concerning an assault on a hitherto unclimbed mountain. Needless to say, it was never finished . Perhaps it is a topic I should revisit.
What do you read for pleasure?
Crime novels and adventure novels. I have to say Bernard Cornwell spins a great yarn. I've been attempting to read my way through some the great classics, such a 'Treasure Island' and 'Dracula'. I was surprised by how much I enjoyed 'Brideshead Revisited'.
