Biography

I am a psychiatrist living in Sacramento. I work at the University of California and enjoy teaching, writing and research. I have treated patients using the internet and telemedicine for over a decade, and am very interested in how patients can use the internet effectively to improve their health. I am English originally, then lived in Australia for 20 years, before moving to the USA 5 years ago. My interests are sports and fitness, reading, politics and spending time with my wife, Barb, and our "furry daughter", Lucy, who is a cavalier king charles spaniel who thinks she is human.
