Biography
Born as a Muslim in Pakistan, served in Pakistan Army as an officer, retired at the rank of major, resident in the UK since 1984, I am a British citizen. I am a double graduate from the Punjab University of Lahore (Pakistan) and Pakistan Army Staff College Quetta.. During 1971 Indo Pak war I operated behind enemy lines as a commando officer in Indian held Kashmir, and I was recommended for a bravery award of Sitra Jurat. I have been a mortgage advisor in the UK.
At the age of ten, myself and my very good school friend had read the Arabic Qur'an with translation in our local Urdu language, but we were later disappointed to know that, there are so many different versions of the translations of the Arabic Qur'an, hence so many different interpretations and different sects, who are always at each others throats, to the extent that, they do not even pray in each others mosques. Cruel laws for women in the Qur'an, criticism of all other communities of our world, Jihad and Qital (kill) verses throughout the period in Medina, always upset me while reading the Qur'an.
Right from my childhood, I always wondered that, do we believe in God of the previous Biblical prophets or a different God. Also among all the prophets mentioned in the Qur'an, I found that, Isa iben Maryam (title given to Jesus son of Mary) is a unique Prophet, and Qur'an severely warns me, not to even think of comparing Christ with any other Biblical prophet, what to talk of Prophet Muhammad who was in the process of dragging his Pagans with a stick, to return to the true God of the Bible, but he died at a wrong time, and all in vain. As I grew and learnt about the world history, the history of Abrahamic religion, and the islamic history, I was horrified to know, how Arabs of the desert brought islam to us under their sword, by misrepresenting the Qur'an, which was meant only for them in their own Arabic language, to return to the true God & true Christ of the Bible. Indeed, this was in total violation of the Qur'an, and disobedience of crystal clear orders and crucial sayings of their prophet.
My book is only for the information of my non-Arab brothers and sisters that, long time before, our innocent ancestors became victims in the hands of our Arab Masters,, and our women (may God bless them) and the minorities became the biggest casualty of the religion Islam, so called the religion of peace, tolerance and justice.
