His mother is English-Irish, and his Father Swedish. They divorced when Ralph was around 8.

After a few attempts at running away from home, so as to indicate to his mother it would be a good idea to let him move to Sweden and live with his father, she eventually folded. Ralph moved to Sweden att the age of 13 in 1980, and has lived there ever since. He lives in the Stockholm aria, and is the proud father of two teenage daughters, and a large Newfoundland dog. He is currently self employed, working mainly as a frame maker, real estate photographer, and Illustrator. He also translates Swedish into - English - Swedish.

In 2006 he started writing a book, which may be completed shortly. In his spare time he writes short stories, mainly in Swedish. His first language is otherwise English, so he plans on translating all of his short works into English, as well as several books, and publish them on Samshwords eventually.

Unusual facts about Ralph?

He is rock legend, Pete Townshends second cousin. Petes grandfather, known lovingly by the family as "Uncle Maurice" also lived in Borehamwood, where Ralph and his mother Kate often visited him. Ralph is also related to Swedish childrens book author, Astrid Lindgrens Illustrator, Ilon Wikland, who married his fathers cousin, Stig Wikland.

Stop by now and again, Ralph says he's going to publish quite a few short stories in the weeks to come, and that he prefers writing in third person in his books rather than profil presentations ;). He also plans publishing his first full length criminal fiction novel based entirely on true events, authentic places, and real people.
