This collection of short stories has it all. Fantasy, crime stories, sad tales of woe, adventure, a ghost story, and non-fiction essays about the author's experiences traveling in Eastern Europe and Central America. Lot of plot twists and surprises. Lots of interesting little details. You really get sucked into the lives of the characters and how they are feeling. Well worth reading.
