Ad Man: True Stories from the Golden Age of Advertising on March 24, 2012

If you enjoy AMC's MAD MEN, then your going to really love Robert Foster's ADMAN. Foster though is not a Hollywood script writer, he's the real deal, and he tells it like it really was, with real people and real events. If what he writes is true, and somehow I don't think anyone could make this stuff up, then the rest of us missed one heck of a wild time during the glory days of magazine advertising and doing whatever it took to land a client and keep him coming back year after year. A very enjoyable read that had me laughing from start to finish.
