Dr Bob Thurman [microbiologist] has published Frankenworm [Hodder-Headline] a children’s novel, four On-The-Spot Science and Technology [Addison-Wesley-Longman] science books, several short stories and more than sixty journal articles. He wrote a newspaper science column for nine years and for the past six years has presented a science segment on ABC radio.
