Roger R. Fernández
Born in a small, mountain town in
northwestern Spain, Roger R. Fernández
watched a bloody, savaging civil war
engulf his country into flames. His
later life can be said to be anything
but uneventful.
While teaching at Los Angeles City
College, Roger became very involved in
International Education. He served
eight years as the Chair of the Department
of Foreign Languages and Humanities
at Los Angeles City College.
