Biography

Ron L. Carter - D.O.B. - Jan. 7, 1947 - Norman, Arkansas. I've lived in Visalia, CA. all my life, graduated from Redwood High School in 1965 and College of the Sequoias in 1969. Spent almost two years in the U.S. Army and did one tour of duty in Vietnam from Sept. 1967 to Sept. 1968 (during the Tet Offensive). I have an AA degree in Horticulture but I've been an insurance agent, real estate agent, and home builder since June 1969. Married to Tami. Currently retired -- I love to watch television or read books about anything that's supernatural.

What inspires you to get out of bed each day?
I'm a self motivated person. I enjoy waking up everyday and being able to spend good quality time with my wife, Tami. I thank God everyday for my family members and their health.
When you're not writing, how do you spend your time?
I still work part time selling insurance, but I also spend a lot of time at the local golf course.
