I was born in County Durham, in the North of England. My mother and I fled from my violent, drunken father when I was four. She raised me on her own until she met, and married my stepfather 1967. We moved to a lovely new home in North Yorkshire, where I lived with them until I married a British Soldier in1977. My husband and I enjoyed the military life for thirteen years. In 1994 after watching a travel show we decided to move to Colorado and have lived here ever since. Writing has always been one of my hobbies. Now I would like to share my stories with you.
