Was reading this when the author described her MIA POW bracelet of a Hugh A Stafford. One of My Navy pilot husband's best friends was in the Hanoi Hilton for seven years and wrote a book about His experience. We called him Al. I asked my husband What Al's first name was. Hugh. Oh my what a Coincidence. I wish she had contacted him. He Was a great and interesting guy. He would have Loved to have met her. He died a few Years ago, though. He was studied by the Govt. Every Year because Vietnam was the first time Americans were in captivity for so long. We could fill her in on his life after Vietnam. I'm sure Her prayers helped him.
