Sharleen Scott lives in the foothills of the Cascade Mountains in the beautiful Pacific Northwest with her husband, Brett, two kids, and two spoiled cats.

Who are your favorite authors?
There are so many. Diana Gabaldon, Ian Rankin, Susan Elizabeth Phillips, Annelise Ryan, Dorothea Benton Frank, Nora Roberts, and Dean Koontz, just to name a few.
When you're not writing, how do you spend your time?
I'm heavily into book promotion right now, but try to read as much as possible. I work in a movie now and then. Most recently, I watched "The Inn of the Sixth Happiness" starring Ingrid Bergman. We live at the gateway to the Cascade Mountains and I love to spend time there as well as on the Oregon coast.
