Biography

Chef Lee has been cooking for as long as he can remember. Schooled in country cuisine by his grandmothers, and the fine art of dining on a budget by his mother, he decided to pursue his passion for food in culinary school. He later worked in a multitude of restaurants and resort kitchens, perfecting his craft. His current job as a culinary consultant has allowed him to discover a love of and natural talent for teaching others how to cook restaurant quality food at home. Chef Lee is happily married to a romance novelist whom he successfully wooed with his great food and unique sense of humor.
