I LOVED this book. The author is imaginative and really makes the story unfold in a way that is most unexpected. it is not the "predictable" read. The sex is HOT! But really relates to the story, not just some gratuitous sex scene. I couldn't wait to read the next book to find out more! Free? I would have paid for this book and the ones after! AWESOME!

This was by far one of the best books I have read in a while! I absolutely got invested in the characters and wanted to know about them. The emotion that is expressed is so lifelike. I hope to read more, please keep writing!

This was an interesting book. Not for everyone, but many will love it. Kinda a Cinderella story with a twist. Very intense. I liked it.

Absolutely LOVED it! It was funny, whitty, and a great story of a strong woman dealing with a crazy situation. Very HOT!! Can't wait for the next one!

This was an AMAZING story! This is HOT, HOT, HOT but not outside of the context of the story. I really liked how I could follow each character and story line without feeling confused. I haven't read the 1st one, but have just downloaded it and can't wait to dive in! This book can stand alone, but you just want more! She is a great author and I hope she continues with this series!

This is an AMAZING love story and AWESOME thriller! I couldn't put it down! It is written so well and the story line is so in depth that it gets into your very soul. It depicts the sacrafices we give for the people we love. Truely an incredible story of a woman who is an amazing person, but because of the people in her life - she has low self esteem and takes whatever is given to her. It is time someone gives back....You won't be sorry with this book. It would truely make a great movie, too. This is my first time reading Darling, but I am going to read her other writings too. I hope she continues with her great immagination and shares with us. Thank you!

AWESOME! Great book, fun to read! The characters react to situations accurately for the time period, not how we would react today. I work a very stressful jog and this book was able to transport me! I LOVED IT! So much so, I bought any other books by Annette Blair. She has a great easy style that I love. Keep up the good work, can't wait to see what comes next! P.S. I download a lot of books from Smashword and hardly have the time to review them all, but for teh good ones - I make the time! Thanks!
