James Brock spent his childhood on a homestead named Ex-Bachelor's Roost (MP 79 Parks highway) in central Alaska, where he shared a trail to the outhouse with moose, bear, beaver billions of mosquitos in the short summer months.
He has sold comedy material to Joan Rivers and Miss Phyllis Diller; he has had essay material published in The Seattle Gay News and Seattle Standard and in two collections by Alyson Publications. He has sold over two hundred short stories to various magazines.
A Grizzly End is a teriffic read! The research and accuracy (former Alaskan here!) on animal behavior and upper SE Alaska is excellent. A suspense filled adventure with a great romance woven in I highly reccomend this book, brava!
