Biography

Tara Rodden Robinson, Ph.D., is an author, coach, and educator. In 2005, Robinson embarked on a journey of personal exploration that led her to become a professional coach. Now known as The Productivity Maven, Tara works with professionals who seek greater productivity in their work lives. She earned her credential as an Associate Certified Coach from the International Coach Federation (ICF), the world’s largest professional coaches association, in 2009.

A prolific writer, Robinson’s blog (www.tararobinson.com) features hundreds of posts posts on topics ranging from improving your productivity to spirituality, mindfulness, and meditation. Robinson hosts a popular bi-monthly podcast on productivity, the GTD Virtual Study Group (www.gtd-vsg.blogspot.com) which attracts participants from all over the globe into conversations about David Allen’s popular method for productivity.

Tara lives in Corvallis, Oregon where she hikes the hills with her husband and their two dogs. A passionate believer in the power of a cause, Tara raises funds for the fight against breast cancer. She walks in the The Breast Cancer 3-Day Benefiting Susan G Komen for The Cure covering sixty miles in 3 days to raise money for this important cause. When not out walking, Tara enjoys reading, making visionboard collages, and watching old reruns of Match Game.
