Tasha Moore is a New Orleans native. Despite growing up in some of New Orleans impoverished areas, she has earned an A.A.S. in Business Studies, B.S. in Psychology and a M.A. in Human Services. Inspired by her life growing up in the city of New Orleans, she shares inspirational stories of life in the city, hoping to encourage people across the globe.
Crescent La’fleur, a New Orleans native, reflects about the city where she was born and raised reminiscing about her upbringing. She recalls the slogan “Black don’t crack” and its prideful meaning in her community. Her trials in life convinced her that black did crack and was often tested. Crescent takes you on a journey of her life’s highs and lows.
