It Takes a Village
As Michael Strong is preparing to complete his last year of graduate school,towards his Doctorate degree in Education, he submits his idea for his doctorate thesis, to his faculty adviser. But, for Michael, it is much more than a thesis. It will be an actual experiment, to see if he can prove his thesis. Michael believes in the saying: 'It takes a village, to raise a child', he believes that with the help of a small village, he can make poor students improve not only their grades, but their self-confidence and self-worth as well.
