Biography
Vickey Kall is a freelance writer living on the fringes of Los Angeles County. She blogs about local history and mosaics at HistoryLosAngeles.blogspot.com.
Vickey earned a master's degree in history from Arizona State University. Under the name Vickey Kalambakal, she has contributed many articles on pop culture and history to magazines as varied as Ancient History, Boys' Life, Westways, and Air & Space. Her pieces have also been published in at least 15 volumes of Uncle John's Bathroom Reader. On the more serious side, she's written chapters and articles for several encyclopedias and academic books.
