Like a stepladder offered a novice bareback horseman, this book readily gave me a leg up, providing useful help at an appropriate (entry) level. Thank you, Mark Coker. (May I call you "Mark"?) The prospect of editing one's marked-up (npi) html file, returned by Amazon/Kindle, is truly daunting. How does one use those "tags" so fliply mentioned? Equally scary is learning Microsoft Script Editor (Word>Tools>Macros). Don't want to go there. So thanks again, Mark. How sweet it is to submit one's book in familiar .doc format--and let Meatgrinder do all the work!
