Biography
For over 25 years, TheKhoshbin Company’s founder Manuchehr “Manny” Khoshbin has dedicated himself to real estate investing, particularly in distressed markets. The key to Mr. Khoshbin’s success has been his timing and talent of acquiring the right asset, in the right market, at the right time.
Manny arrived in the US with his family at age 14 with not much money or resources. As an entrepreneur at heart, Manny soon realized the opportunities that existed in America and started his own business at age 18. In the early 1990’s, Manny obtained his real estate salesperson license and started a realty and mortgage company so that he could invest in distressed and bank owned properties. He has never looked back, and now continues to dedicate his time and energy to real estate, especially distressed property acquisitions.
Today Mr. Khoshbin is guiding The Khoshbin Company in all aspects of its business. He is personally involved in all acquisitions, dispositions and other material transactions, and maintains a hands on management approach.
