Diagnosed with Type II diabetes when she was 30, Jennifer is a cooking enthusiastic, a wife and a mother of a daughter.
Refusing to resign to fate, she learned to cook delicious and nutritional meals suitable for the whole family from her grandma, Patricia and the late diabetic chef, Jerry. They were the most influential cooks in her life. Amidst her busy schedules as a product manager in a multinational company, she insists on cooking for the whole family at least a few times per week.
Her personal motto: Being diabetic does not mean giving up desserts or delicious foods.
