In this innovative novel by Al Colman Jr., a locally esteemed and soon to be nationally venerated author, he magnificently arranges black and white words on paper that colorfully display a “how not to/ what doesn’t work” motto, to ensure success. He provides great insight with certainty on how to achieve success though his own personal experience. Al Coleman honorably gleams from his father’s legacy to impart seeds of wisdom in generations to come, not selfishly just by familiar impartation but as a servant hood spreading these knowledge nuggets of generosity with the world. A word he advises that speaks to me personally, is about leadership and management skills; how to generate “legacy wealth”. This is where he writes about creators and servers, not only creating their own wealth; but creating their own niche, viability and footstep. Imprints that not only they themselves, can continue to walk in; but those who have the desire to succeed are also able to follow them to get to where they want to be in life. This is just one of many knowledge nuggets found in, Secrets to Success, that any person making a leap to the next chapter in their life will need to ensure a successful transition and a successful future.
