After looking over this translation for a couple days, I can say that it reads easily and seems designed for non-Muslims who wish to get a sense of what's in the original. The formatting is also good, except that (as of this writing) chapters 73, 74 and 78 are not linked in the Table of Contents. I tried to notify the author via his website, but the email address bounced and the site itself seems to be under construction.
