  • Always Been Mine (The Moreno Brothers) on Nov. 23, 2011

I loved this book just as i knew i would...I loved the tension and also excitment that they experienced when they first see each other after a year of not seeing each other at all...I loved how no matter how hard Valarie tryed to move on she couldnt and i loved how Alex kept persisting to get her back and eventually it worked but then they had the problem of Luke and Bruce the Psycho...I would recommend this book to anyone..I was more erotic than the first but the first one was set in high school and here they are way past high school so it made it even better...
  • Fated Dreams (Book One In The Affinity Series) on June 30, 2012

i loved this book. I loved Sarah right from the start, she was easy to relate to. Sarah moves to a new school after an awful incident at her previous boarding school and let me say this incident had me in tears. She makes two new best friends who are characters i loved as well. And then she meets the mysterious Lucas who is very anti social, he only has two friends and hardly talks to anyone, unlike his jerk of a identical twin brother Logan who is his total opposite. Sarah thinks everynight she has been dreaming about Logan ( like every other girl in her school LOL)But after she meets Lucas she realises its him she has been dreaming of and when they start spending time together he tells her about one of his dreams and she relises they are having the same dreams. Im not going to say anymore because i want everyone to go and read it for themselves. I cannot wait to see what happens next in this series
  • Delusions (Book Two In The Affinity Series) on July 01, 2012

Once again i loved this book. I read it straight after part 1 fated dreams even though fated dreams seemed to have more action this one was just as interesting as the first. Logan was a bit of a jerk in Book 1 so it was nice to see him from a diffrent light, and it was great that he had his story too, and i loved that we still got to hear about the character from book 1 too. It starts off with Lisa a high school girl who goes to a party and when the guy she has been crushing on Logan finally notices her and then plays a prank on her ( well so she thinks). Then she is on a mission to get her revenge as he broke her heart with the help of her friends her plan is set to break his heart and then when she starts working at his families restaurant the plan starts unfolding only the more she spends time with him the more she deeply starts to care for him. There has always been something pulling her towards him even though he hurt her she finds it hard to hate him. I dont want to give anymore away. Lets just say its they have to overcome a lot of hurdles. I have always loved the concept of soul mates so that is why i loved these books.. I cant wait to read what else you write Christina..

  • A Bed of Knives on July 09, 2012

What can i say about this book that was a real rollercoaster ride like no other. It all starts with four friends Eddie, Rose, Gina and Spider graduating. Eddie has a promising career in football as he has signed with the Rangers. Rose is a very talented designer and Spider has a great career as a chef but life doesnt always go according to plan. With all the hurdles that these four get thrown at them, will things ever be the same? will there friendship ever recover?? Elizabeth Jasper lets you get into the heads of all four characters with four POV and i loved it, it lets you feel what each character was feeling and thinking. It also goes from past to present to what is happening now 5 years later and back to the time where they all last saw each other. In the past in some books it has annoyed me but this time it didnt beacause it was easy to follow. I loved all the characters they were easy to relate to and easy to love. I really enjoyed this emotional book and i loved the ending so much. It is a story of friendship, love, loss, heartbreak, illness, and overcoming the things life throws at you. I recommend this to anyone to anyone..

OK what can i say about this freaking awsome book!!! Firstly i would like to say a big Thankyou to my gorgeous friend and author Annie Brewer for giving me the eArc so i could read bacause i was dying to read this book!!! and let me say that that i loved every second of this book and i definately going to re read it again!! I loved Abby from the start she was one of those girls that most of us can relate too. Abby had it all the great boyfriend the 2 bestfriends an awsome mum, who i wish was my mum LOL, but secretly there was something missing. The home front was not that good her 15 year old sister seems to be getting into trouble every 5minutes and her mum is alone after her dad cheated on his mum, and left. But let me say the mother is doing an awsome job raising the girls by herself. Then her sister starts to take a intrest in her bestfriend Lucas, he is also her ex. I loved Lucas i wanted to eat him up he was such a gentle person even though he has had such a bad childhood, but he is always there for Abby even when people think her persuing her dream of singing is pathetic, he is one to always have her back and support her in whatever she does. When Abby see's her sister and Lucas together it brings some unresolved feelings out. She relises she never really got over him. Even though Abby has a boyfriend Brady she still cant help the feelings she get for Lucas and the more she see's him the worse it gets so she starts to try to avoid him. To top off her great dilema her sister decides to move back in with her dad bringing him back into her life which and she wants nothing to do with him, so her emotions are all over the place. To find out what happens you have to read it trust me you will not regret it... This book was an emotional rollercoaster and had me hot and bothered a few times too. I finished it in one sitting beacause i could not put it down it was to hot to handle it needed me not to stop reading it till i finished the whole thing and every hour i spent on this book was worth it. I recommend this book to everyone as soon as i comes out go and buy it you will loved it.

  • Riley's Curse, A Moon's Glow Prequel on Sep. 19, 2012

When Christina told me that her new novella was out i had to get it, and im glad i did i loved it. This is the start of im sure to be a must read series. It starts with Nathaniel and what is supposed to be nice walk with the girl he is in love with, but then this walk turns to his worst nightmare, that leaves him with the werewolf curse. Christina lets you love and hate characters, i have to say my favourite character in this novella was Nathaniel and Sadie, from the start she captured me, i would want someone like that in my life, i was so sad to read what happens to her :( but the story goes on through the years and new characters come into it. I really enjoyed this book from start to finish. Christina keeps you captured at the end of your seat, just when every thing seems like it is going well for Nathaniel and his life something unexpected happens. I wanted more and more. I cannot wait to read the next in the series as i know i will love it. I love anything that Christina writes and this was no diffrent. If you want a Werewolf story with a diffrence this is your book to start if off. So read it.
  • Riley's Secret, A Moon's Glow Novel #1 on Sep. 26, 2012

Awsome book Firstly i would like to Thank the Awsome Christina Smith for giving me the honour of reading and reviewing this book. I read it straight after i read Reily's curse, so it was great to find out what happened next. Once again Christina has captured me with her writing. She made me want more and more. I loved the relationship between Megan and Nate because at the start it was like he disliked her with a passion and did every thing to try to avoid her then suddenly he was there all the time, and the relationship develops and the more time they spend together the more Megan relises he is hiding something. I loved the concept of wolves mating for life, that once you find your soul mate that is it there is no other for you and nothing or no one can keep you apart, no matter what secrets you have if they are your soul mate they will overcome everything to be together. I loved all the characters even though at times i wanted to hit Nate for the choices he made, but i still loved him. I also loved the fact that Megan being bought up with alot of money had anything she wanted (except the perfect home life) and she embraced working at Reily's house where people go if they need food, shelter and even help finding work. I loved it that on one of the first days she was there she decided to go home and raid her and her parents wardrobes without permission and give brand new clothes to people who needed it. I loved her for that. I love anything Christina writes and this was just another example of her amazing writing. I cannot wait to see what happens next. I recommend all of Christina's books.(
