Love Mr. Mason's books. I'm on his notify last so i bought it immediately. If you like good character development, great story telling, and awesome imagination then this book is for you.

I really liked this book. The author kept a good pace, very imaginative, and a lot of action. Cons: The experimental T80 armor needed to be explained more, and I think he needed to make the Marines a little tougher.

Very good book. From the first book in the series Mr. Schultz has progressing. The characters, backgrounds, and histories are filling out. The story is interesting, filled with action, plots and edge of your seat story telling. Like with his other books i think he should spend more time filling in the character information. We know very little about the tau ceti, how fleet works, what ship were on when action happens...etc. Loved the book and cannot wait till the next. With each books his writing improves and story telling gets better.

I love the Adrian Tarn series of books. The writing is very light, funny, interesting, and is a page turner. Pros: Very Interesting plot, good description style so you understand the environment, great writing style, keeps you interested, and makes you laugh occasionally. Cons: The character development replies, lightly, on your reading of the other books, otherwise you may not fully understand the relationships. To short 8-)

I like it as much as all Adrian Tarn books, a lot, but the first quarter really felt like a different writer. Adrian felt like a different person and it made the book feel off, but the rest was really good
