Mortality in Wasteland: My Life as Black Death's Undertaker

What a compelling story. You don't find many stories on Black Death, it is such a an interesting topic and historical tragedy. Niccolai was a great character to follow, as well as Joanna and the friends. This book is filled with suspense, gore, love, affliction, and a hint of the paranormal. For being "old style" prose, it is easy to follow, really a great read...I couldn't put it down!
