Biography
An Englishman raised in Cambridge, UK, now living in Suffolk in the heart of East Anglia.
A former paramedic of almost two decades I am also the founder of the ICE - In Case of Emergency concept - for mobile phone use in an emergency to assist responders ID the unconscious casualty.
Now, I am a counsellor and business owner of Anglia Counselling, specialising in mindfulness, psychotherapy and CBT.
A father of three sons, married to my second wife I am a keen business developer and social media player.
