Smashwords book reviews by Anino Ellis

I was fortunate to receive this ebook via Read2Review, and I am so glad that I did! I loved this book! Lately, finding a great read has been hard... Either the book has too much of this and too little of that, or too little of this and too much of that. Reading a book that's well edited and well thought-out is such a pleasure.. The way that Ms. Eno drew me into Emma's world was lovely, and from the very beginning, I was enchanted with Emma, Randolf, and Matthew's story. I hated for the first installment to end, but overall, it reminded me of a delicious meal that satisfies your cravings. The food is so well prepared and seasoned, that you want more of it, but you're satisfied with the portion that you're served. I hope that Ms. Eno will be releasing the sequel asap, because I definitely want to consume more of this enchanted life that Emma has discovered.

First, I would like to say "Thank You!" "Bravo!" to Ms. Shreffler! I was one of the lucky ones who discovered your gem of a book during Smashwords ebook promotion week. I have to say that this was an exceptional PNR that featured an unusual Werewolf. I'm so glad that I took the time to search for something worthwhile, because this was definitely worth my time and attention. If you buy this book, you are in for a treat... Ms. Shreffler's labor of love not only has unique and realistic characters, but she is also quite intimate with producing a well developed storyline. After I became hooked on the first few lines, I read this book in about 3 hours flat.. It was just that good ;) I highly recommend it!

I love the way Laura Eno cooks up a great story. This was a fun read, that I highly recommend. I'm giving it 3 1/2 stars

Have you ever fallen in love with a new series, and you didn't mean to? Have you ever read a book that started off slow and continued to be slow for the first 10-15 pages, but then all of a sudden, Bam!! ... there was a significant amount of action adventure that sucked you into that particular world of a writer's huge imagination? Well folks, I was blindsided by this book. Not only can I say that it was really good, but I can already tell that this series will be an addictive one for me (kind of on the level of the first Sookie Stackhouse novels, and not to mention books that sprang from the creative imaginations of Patricia Briggs, Jeaniene Frost, Faith Hunter, and other mavens of great PNR/UF novels). Ms. Grey is to be commended for a job well done. Hopefully, she will stay the course and not change the "formula," like LKH and other writers who need to get their mojo back. I'm giving this book a sold 4 star rating. I am so glad that I was able to make it onto the list of reviewers for this book, if I hadn't, I would have missed out on a true gem. Looking forward to the sequel with much anticipation.

After "Knight" was recommended by a goodreads.com member, I liked it so much that I bought this book. Although I liked it, I felt that it could have been about 50-75 pages shorter. Other than that, it was really good.
