John Warner
Biography
John Warner wrote the first draft of The Anti Light when he was fourteen years old. It began as an attempt to keep his mother happy; he was homeschooled and she insisted he keep a journal. Convinced that no one’s journal is interesting, John decided to write something that was truly captivating. After letting the manuscript sit for quite some time, he recently returned to the work. He spent a year heavily revising the manuscript and finalized The Anti Light.
Since he has spent a decade wandering the wilderness areas that surround his forty-acre property, nearly everything that could happen in the wild has happened to John. He has gotten lost, survived attacks by wild animals, lit fires in the rain, and faced down black bears and mountain lions. The outdoor adventures and survival skills in The Anti Light ring with the authenticity of firsthand experience.
Other aspects of the story also come directly from John’s life. He has always explored areas others are afraid to discover, places that aren’t found on any map and instead exist only in legends. From a very early age, he knew he had paranormal abilities that included being able to tap into planes most people can’t perceive.
John’s abilities are so strong that he worked as a paranormal eliminator. Among his clients were owners of locations struck by the 1906 San Francisco earthquake, a hotel chain, and individual homes on the East and West coasts. He was so young at the time he thought every kid traveled around the country with his dad sending spirits into the light.
Eventually he realized he could manipulate the molecular properties of liquids such as wine. He worked for a time as a “consultant” for nationally known Napa and Sonoma Valley wineries to rapidly transform young wines into full-bodied vintages. Scientific analysis proved that the wines didn’t simply taste different; they had actually aged more rapidly than usual.
As John matured, he recognized that everyone is on their own path. Although he could manipulate a person’s trajectory to ensure that they encounter perfect health or wealth beyond their wildest dreams, he chooses not to. Instead he pours ideas and concepts that might help people change themselves into his books.
