Deborah is Founder and President of Women of Power Ministries, Inc. Deborah is married to Dr. David O. Taylor, Sr. they Pastor Holy Ghost Pentecostal Church in Lawton, Oklahoma. Deborah travels throughout the United States and abroad ministering in word and song flowing under a heavy prophetic anointing. Her heart is to see men, women and children set free by the power of God.
