In the business world, I'm a research expert, writer, trainer and consultant, asserting proactive strategies that help us to know better, and demand we do better. I also serve as an executive director, guiding small non-profit corporations. When I'm asked how or why on anything - the indepth research begins. That's when I begin to write.
