Astra Niedra


Biography

Astra Niedra is an internationally respected facilitator and teacher of the personal growth and relationship healing system Voice Dialogue. She writes extensively on relationships and consciousness growth, and is author of the books The Perfect Relationship and Enlightenment Through Motherhood. For many years she wrote the pre-blog email newsletter Daily Voice Dialogue which has been used in teaching institutions worldwide, and she has been Editor of WellBeing magazine.

The Perfect Relationship has been endorsed by notable psychotherapists and consciousness teachers Dr Hal Stone and Dr Sidra Stone and by Australia's leading personal growth teacher Michael Rowland. It has been brilliantly reviewed in magazines such as Family Circle and The Sunday Telegraph.
