Age 46 , Resident in the UK. and living, currently, in Carmarthenshire , Wales. with my family.
30 Years experience dealing with Alcoholism and developing unique ways to emotional recovery.
I ,myself, have been paralysed by Alcoholism and severe Anxiety since the age of 16.
Thankfully I can honestly say, hand on heart, I do not suffer anymore and now lead a life of genuine happiness and contentment.
In fact I am living a life beyond anything I ever imagined possible.
Mind you It was not always this way.
My sole aim is to pass to others what I have developed. One thing is for certain and this
is a guarantee cast in iron that if I can recover anyone can.
My methods have been perfected using nothing more than trial and error over a 15 year period.
I have developed my own solution to addictions and emotional problems during this period
I consider the methods I practice as invaluable in combating emotional and discontented living.
In fact what I have written about will show you to make good every thing in your life. I promise.
My greatest moments have come from the many times I have been fortunate enough to hear that I have helped people change their lives. Nothing gives more satisfaction
so much gratitude for the help I have given them.
Of course it is a pleasure to help others and I love to witness other people getting well knowing that I may have said just something to them that has turned their lives around
I was nervous writing my life changing book as the methods I use are strictly mine. I always worry about what others will
think but at the end of the day I am sure what I write will help thousands of people. In conclusion as long as I can improve just one
life I am sure I have succeeded and the effort I have put in to this book is not in vein
