I've been writing in obscurity for ten years. The Petal People is my debut novel and the first of a Series. I am passionate about words, their meanings and how they shape lives. What do your fans mean to you?
Oh wow! They are everything! I used to think why would anyone want to read what I had to say? So it took a long time to build up my own self confidence and find strength in my inner self in standing alone. My whole life has been a journey of finding a voice I lost long ago, and I think readers can relate to that. Many of us have remained voiceless for so long we merely feel like a speck of sand, unnoticed and unused, void of purpose and identity. By reading my stories, I hope above all, my readers will find their lost voice and live the life they were created to live. It's empowering to find your true self. You can't help but want to share it with others so they too, can find their true purpose and live it. I love my readers. I love their emails and hearing their stories. They are my true tribe!
What is the greatest joy of writing for you?
It keeps my sanity! It makes me feel whole, complete and purposeful.
