Becky Shafi is a long-time corporate marketing manager and a mid-life Diva. After many years of trying and failing at various diet plans and self-realization programs, she has reached success with her Diva Discovery Plan and has changed her life in deeply meaningful ways. Now she wants to share her method with other mid-life Divas.

Becky has an MBA in marketing and has studied writing at UC Berkeley. She lives in the San Francisco Bay Area with her husband, children and dog.
