The Armpit of Evil on Nov. 13, 2011

This was a great debut from Joe Mirabello. The story was a mix of twists on familiar and original plots, the characters were interesting and deep, and there were some puns but without all the British references of a Pratchett novel. Even two weeks after finishing the book, I find myself thinking about the characters. And unlike most fantasy books, this one has amazing cover art, done by the author himself. I am really looking forward to Mirabello's next book (hopefully due out before 2021).
