After reading another book by this talented author, I was hooked on her work and had to read more. This short story was very entertaining. When Sheila moved to a new town, she decided to order pizza. It seemed to be love at first sight when she met the handsome young pizza delivery guy. Shelia started to order pizza at least once a week. The third time, she invited the handsome guy, Todd, inside for a "slice". Things quickly heated up and I am not talking about the forgotten pizza! I thought it was interesting that Todd found Randy, Sheila's hamster, to be "creepy". I used to own hamsters and other pocket pets and I even wrote a short book about them recently. I never found them to be creepy. When Sheila suddenly stopped ordering pizza, Todd dropped by to find out why. The ending of this book was totally unexpected. The author has written a fantastic short story that is well worth reading - especially if you love pizza and hamsters!
