This was a very refreshing book on behaviour and how it affects the workplace. The real life examples were easy to understand and framed the types of behaviour and how to make changes in real like situations. An easy to read and understand book that should be required in all companies. As a PhD former professor and now in top management, this should be required in colleges and in companies as required reading for all employees.
