I was asked to give an honest review of this book. Overall I thought the book was "ok." There needed to be more character development. For instance, Beck immediately warmed up to the idea of this vampire and accepted his explanation of them being married. BOOM. They were in bed together (even though she had a traumatic experience with being raped). The storyline also needed some developing as well. The beginning came quickly... the middle dragged on. There were pages and pages with nothing major happening. Beck got on my nerves. Edward was way too jealous, ALL THE TIME. We waited until the VERY end for something to happen and then it was over and we were left with a cliffhanger. I think the book was a tad bit too long, it took me some time to finish it. I wanted to like it, and at some points I did. But it could use some fine tuning.
