Biography

Once a San Diego city girl with a low nature threshold, Catherine can now be found puttering around the colonial era farmette she shares with her husband, three dogs, two cats, fourteen hens, an attack rooster, two ninja ducks, and her hydrophobic goose in the Lakes Region of New Hampshire. When she's not writing, she spends her remaining time promoting literacy, volunteering for the small town she lives in, and generally trying to stay out of the way of the pets who really run the farm. On hot summer days, she thinks about fighting the goose for the kiddie pool.
