FIND A HERO is a great book. It's got everything - action, intrigue, social commentary, political commentary, and comic relief. It keeps you wondering what will happen next. The main character, Zilch, is like Jean Valjean of the future. Benjamin Finateri paints a picture that makes us wonder, "Is this the world we have to look forward to?" His portrayal is grim, yet hopeful, and always compelling. An interesting note - Mr. Finateri must be a film lover. Sprinkled throughout his book are references to popular movies and dialogue. It's fun trying to pick them out. This book is well written, and definitely worth recommending. It will keep your interest, and may even make you question some of your opinions and values. This is Benjamin Finateri's first novel - can't wait to see what he'll do next.
