Christine N. Udeani has over 15 years of experience as a recruiting industry trainer, recruiting strategist and healthcare recruiter. She is also an author, a trained legal professional and an entrepreneur.
Christine’s training and background include a bachelor’s degree in communications and business, earned from the School of Speech at Northwestern University, in Evanston, Illinois; she has since attended Law school at Thomas M. Cooley School of Law; and earned a degree in Law (Juris Doctorate), as well as a Master’s Degree in Business Administration. She is currently working towards a Master’s of Law Degree with Thomas Jefferson University School of Law.
As a recruiter trainer, Christine found that there are not enough training resources available to those who are new to the recruiting profession, or to those current recruiters who wish to improve their performance without investing too much. The Recruiter’s Edge and Power Recruiting were borne out of an industry need for materials that can effectively guide recruiters, at whatever stage they currently are in, to start-up and efficiently run their own recruiting practices. Using information that has been tried and tested by industry experts, and re-tried in her own practice as a recruiter trainer and as someone involved in daily recruiting activities; Christine was able to create, fine-tune and document processes that are invaluable to anyone in the recruiting industry; but most especially to start-up or independent recruiters that need a little extra guidance to compete in today’s vicious recruiting environment.

Christine’s work experience includes current employment as Vice President, Pyramid Pharmaceutical Group, Principal at Acme Search Consultants, and at IGIC, Director of Business Development (Pharmacist Recruiting) at Parker Cromwell Healthcare Associates, a professional Search Firm and Human Resources Analyst at Accenture. Her experience also includes significant work performed as an employee or consultant for the following major organizations: Dana Corporation, Met-Life, Humana Health, Lucent technologies, and H.E.R.E.I.U.
