Biography

As a native Californian, Claudia Loens has spent the last 20 years of her career as a Technical Recruiter and Staffing Manager in Silicon Valley. In 1997, she established herself as an independent consultant and in 2005 made her business "official" as an LLC owner. Today, Claudia not only consults on a regular basis, but also assists people as a career coach. She counsels job hunters on resume writing, how to target a job search and interview skills. In addition to her recruiting career, Claudia is an avid reader and writer of Fiction, Nonfiction and Poetry. In particular, she writes romantic suspense novels that capture the readers' hearts. Her poetry is down to earth and enjoyable for all genres.

Claudia also enjoys spending time with her wonderful family and exploring beaches in Northern California. And sometimes you'll see her tootling around the neighborhood on her cruiser bike!
