Biography

Coach Izzy is a Pain Therapist, Strength Coach, Author, Speaker, and Educator with nearly two decades of experience. He is the president and founder of Integrated Healing and Strength Systems, Inc. and responsible for helping hundreds of individuals eliminate pain and regain an active lifestyle.

He has also introduced hundreds of fitness professionals to the joys of proper kettlebell and Olympic Weightlifting.

His work has been featured multiple times in Shape Magazine, Exhilarate Magazine, Dive News Network, and countless websites. He was also a regular guest in the TV Show “Fitness, Health, and Healing.”
