It wasn't really mine. I thought it a bit slow in places and overall possessed by a very dark and brooding atmosphere. There's however a very similar feeling to "twilight" to this story, so that fans of those books may want to give this one a chance, too.

To my surprise I enjoyed this more than I thought I would. It pretty much lives up to the promise of Paris Hilton style airheaded bimbos fighting off Zombies - it's a real 80's B-Picture nightmare come to life. My greatest complaint would have to be the language used, which is often nothing like English at all - at least nothing like what I learned - which made me long for a print version of the Urban Dictionary at my side. Well, on the plus side I did learn _a lot_ about 90s/00s lingo. An entertaining read, that is not to be taken serious in any way.
